What happens if we have an insufficient address?

If you have provided an insufficient address at checkout and the package(s) are returned back to us, you will be responsible for paying an additional fee to have it reshipped.

My package was lost/stolen/damaged

Heavenly Aroma careful inspects all items prior to shipping them.  Heavenly Aroma is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged package(s).

You must contact the carrier which is USPS. https://www.usps.com

Do you offer priority mail?

If you'd like for your package(s) to be shipped Priority let us know prior to check out and we'll let you know what the additional fee is for that.  Usually the fee is double to triple First Class Mail.

Priority mail guarantees packages are insured up to $100 with USPS.
